Signed by Sony 550 (who will release their debut disc this year), they have been forced to change their name to Verbow since someone else owns the name Skinny. The electrified quartet formed by Jason and Alison along with drummer David Suycott, previously of Stabbing Westward and Machines of Loving Grace, and bassist Jason Block spent a month mixing their debut album (as yet, untitled) with Bob Mould, by whom it was produced in Austin, Texas. Yep, Mould, for whom they opened several dates on his last solo tour, is a big fan.
