Why to go: Chefs from some of the hottest spots in town will give cooking demonstrations at the Culinary Pavilion (open 2:30-7 p.m. Saturday-Sunday), where host Vince Gerasole will hold court.

Additional info: Participating restaurants include Aroma, de cero, La Luce, La Sardine, Macello, Marche, Red Light, Sushi Wabi, Veerasway and more. The event benefits the West Loop Community Organization.
