| Steve Albini and Santiago Durango's guitar band raised ugliness to an art form. Check out, for example, their 1987 Songs About Fucking (Touch And Go). The original vinyl pressing of Headache had among the ugliest packages of any record. Their music was often only slightly less unpleasant. Albini's gone on to many notable projects, Durango went on to lead Arsenal and is now a lawyer.
