| The Chicago-area trio which grew out of a collaborative project project called "Captain Flywheel and the Produce Section", a rock opera composed and performed by the band and staged at the Bailiwick Repertory Theatre in Chicago, has broken up. Before that, though, the success of the Bailiwick performances and the band's shows at local-area clubs such as the Cubby Bear, Martyr's and Thurston's had helped Butterman to establish a constantly increasing fan base and entrench themselves in the Chicago music scene. "Intriguing," says the Illinois Entertainer's Gwen Inhat (for what it's worth!), a music that "draws you in."
