Dwayne Lee is a native Chicagoan, born into a family of Christians who believe that Jesus is the Christ. It is to the spreading of that message that his music ministry (Psalms 27) is dedicated. Dwayne has been anointed, gifted, and commissioned to sing the gospel of Jesus Christ. Through song he has reached many hearts and spurred many sinners to repentance. His melodious voice has the ability to sooth the heart of the listener and bring them to a place where God can then minister to the soul.
Dwayne is a member of the Apostolic Church of God in Chicago, where the pastor is Dr. Arthur M. Brazier. He received the gift of the Holy Spirit in August of 1970 and has been an active choir member since his early youth. He resides in Chicago with his wife (Carolyn) and their son (James).
Dwayne's gift of song has allowed him the opportunity to minister to God's people all over the United States and abroad. He has recorded with the Dillard University Concert Choir, the Reverend Jackie McCullough, and the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir as a guest soloist.
Most recently though, he has recorded his first solo project titled "God's Gift / My Praise" on the Halal Music label.
