Mega Super Ultra is currently with the "Jump-Up" label, but they are not a ska band. Tom Shover fronts the band (formerly of Brown Betty and Fondly) with an explosivity that really has to be seen.
Mega Super Ultra bring back Elvis Costello, The Jam, and more artists of the late 1970s rock'n'roll into your speakers. This Cheap Trick influenced "power pop" band hails from Chicago, and plays a variety of tunes, ranging from straight-up rocking to slow R&B influenced songs. Anybody who is into some good old fashioned rock'n'roll would be quite the fool to not check out Mega Super Ultra.
