| Late producer/musician who recorded many local bands in far-reaching areas of the Chicago music scene, including Apocalypse Hoboken, Bobby Conn, Eleventh Dream Day, Edith Frost, Green, Illusion of Safety, The Krinkles, No Empathy, Will Oldham, Jim O'Rourke, Sam Prekop, Sidekick Kato, Smoking Popes, died in early 1999 of a brain aneurysm at the age of 38. Phil Bonnet was also a longtime member of the band Cheer-Accident.
