This talented Chicago foursome moved to the Windy City from Indianapolis -- "Indie from Indy" says the Illinois Entertainer. The band, which formed in 1993, includes singer/guitarist Michelle Marchesseault, drummer/singer Lon Paul Ellrich, bassist/singer P.J. Christie and guitarist Greg Backus (who replaced former member Marty Green last year). Their cover of their 1995 debut CD Presents (recorded, btw, at the Chicago Recording Company) is a dead-on copy of Led Zeppelin's Presence, except that the black object is replaced by a gold gift-wrapped one. Anyway, that led to their unusual "honor" of being one of the few bands in history to appear in Entertainment Weekly, Raygun and the Indiana Daily Student (they're friends with several now-Chicagoan Bloomington bands -- Brown Betty and Arson Garden) in the same week. Yes, quite an achievement.

During 1995, they also perfomed at a high-profile ASCAP showcase at the South by Southwest music conference. A HitIt! followup disc was released in 1995.
