Saxophonist was the recipient of the Prism Award for Best New Artist at the 2000 Oasis Smooth Jazz Awards. His first solo album, Stay Awhile (1998) featured a pair of #1 NAC hits -- "When I Think Of You" and "Say It Again", as well as the top 5 "Where The Night Begins." In 2000, he released Between Us.

He also appears on Jeff Lorber's Kickin' It, Rick Braun's Kisses in the Rain, Larry Carlton's Fingerprints, Brian Culbertson's Something About Love, Bob Mamet Adventure in Jazz, and three Brian Culbertson albums: Secrets, After Hours, and Modern Life.

He studied music at Northwestern University.
