| Tony Trimm is one of Chicago’s most diverse and talented artists. Originally from Evanston, Trimm has made 2008 one of his most creative years ever—thanks to a long list of collaborations with a diverse array of artists. He recently finished up his final touches as a producer on Yoome’s The Boredom of Me album, he also directed the group's hit single “Amsterdam.” His much anticipated concept album with Serengeti, Conversations With Kenny is also beginning to progress—but only when he’s not busy working with Bryan Herweg from Pelican or helping to score a George Romero documentary. Needless to say, the man is busy. Whether you know him as Tony Trimm, Haiku, or the Korean Alec Baldwin, one thing is clear: He’s an absolute workhorse who's earned his praises. (J. Min)
