| Yuyo M.C was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Chicago Illinois. At the age of 13, he started to mix and produce his tracks. His tracks were based on House, Freestyle, Hip-Hop, and Chicago Old School Mixes. At the age of 15, he went to Puerto Rico Bayamon, and started to produce some of his tracks for Cenon, Chino, and DJ "Tricky" in the heart of San Juan, Puerto Rico. Two years later he met with Vico-C, one of Puerto Rico's known Spanish underground rapper and opened up a set for Vico-C's biggest promotions with Playero DJ, and DJ Negro. Then a year latter, him and his family went back to Chicago to start his career as a DJ and producer in Chicago. He then released his first album "Las Drogas" and "Las Gangas" and performed for Coqui TV in Chicago and also a live performances on television and cable.
In 2001, he released "Echa Para Lante," an underground Hip-Hop produced by Alberto Espinosa "MIXX" Massacre, of Molemen Productions and a well known-producer. The album was recorded at Made In Heaven Studio, Chicago. In his album, he had a mixture on everything including House and Freestyle. But "Echa Para Lante" was known to be the wake up call for his fans.
"Echa Para Lante" made it to #1 Underground Spanish Hip-Hop artist, DJ, and producer in Chicago. But yet he doesn't stop there, he is not only the owner of S.G.R Records, but the mastermind of his digital mastering studio in California where he lives now. For the first time in his music carrier, he unleashes his mixed CD's and Mp3's to the world wide web!
