I absolutely loved "Merchant on Venice" play...I felt like what the Shakespeare audience 400 years ago probably felt: connected to the dialogue & jokes and politics covered in the play...it relates so well to our reality. "Merchant" takes place in L.A. with some of the funniest lines I've heard in a long time...and wow...great Bollywood music & dancing...it's a thrill to finally see a play that I can relate to as a South Asian! If you're going to see one play this Fall, go to Silk Road and check out "Merchant on Venice"!!!

I must say that the play was beautifully and exquisitely done! Acting was spot-on by everyone, and the visuals were excellent! I found Caravaggio to be clear, well-acted, and visually arresting. The choice of Ron Wells, Sean Sinitski, Brenda Barrie and Mike Simmer for their roles was exceptional. A must see play!
