If I feel strongly engouh about a book to write a review of the title, I'll be honest in what I have to say. My reviews tend to center around characters, the believability of the conflict in the story, and the setting and whether it worked for me or not so I tend to only address the story in my reviews anyway.I've found, though, that I'm writing fewer and fewer negative reviews, and that's because if I really don't like a book or can't get into it, I don't finish it. I haven't yet found a fair way to account for these books in my blog (that wouldn't turn into spending time writing blog posts that could be spent reading better books) so they tend to not get mentioned at all.
