This is the band. This is the band right here. They rocked my face off twice now. First time was by mistake. I was out to eat at the Beat Kitchen and they just happened to be on stage. With the little I heard, I just had to come back to get a second helping, because they were great. Not to mention Bill Lloyd (US99) is on lead guitar!!! The second time I saw them was at the Elbo Room on Oct. 1. It was a great show. Between Bill on guitar and their singer, I was really impressed. Everyone must see U*A!!!!!!! They are the People's Rock!

The first show I saw this band play was at Durty Nellie's. They were energetic and unpolished, but awesome. I've followed them to 602 North and the Elbo Room and the UA* are definitely a crowd pleaser. Do you like Weezer, Veruca Salt? It doesn't matter because these guys know the meaning of "less talking, more rocking." Combine fast rock with good songs and two great leads (vocal and guitar) and you have a recipe for getting your face rocked off. These guys may not be pretty, but the music sure is.

I saw these guys at the Elbo Room. This group is highly skilled in the art of "rocking." They had some really cool people handing out free CDs and T-shirts. I have been playing the disc in my truck ever since. These guys are a must see.
