so good. my friend and i stumbled across this on a saturday morning when we were starving for bacon and eggs. the staff was fun. the food was great and there was lots of it. my friend ordered melon and got half of an ice cold melon. he gave me a bite and i could have eaten the whole thing. the price was unbeatable. the place is small. the cook could toss your pancakes to you from the grill no matter where you sit. so you may have a tiny wait but it's worth it.

Check out the corner restaurant, which has the best short order menu around. A blast right back to 1960. The Gentleman and General of State Street advise you to be sure and tip the friendly and hard working staff well.
