I used to love this place, until they got some slow people working for them and the service sucked. I got told by some snobby b@$&?! that I cannot insult her staff because I asked at the window 4 times why he can't take my order. I guess she doesn't care about customers and cares more about a slow emloyee who's got more hickies on his neck that I've ever seen. Lol!!! Such dirt!!

THE FOOD IS DISQUISTING. WE PICKED UP SOME FOOD THE OTHER DAY AND THE MINUTE WE UNPACKED IT THE FOOD SMELLED REALLY BAD AND WE FOUND WHITE AND DARK HAIR ALL OVER THE CHEESEBURGERS.DON'T EVER GO THERE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SICK.THAT PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN TO PUBLIC.

I don't know how many of my friend's have thrown up in the alley behind Susie's during a drunken stooper....ah..the memories...
yes...the lady is mean...but it kinda adds to the place.
Philly steak cheese fries...pizza puffs..and a strawberry shake...that's the deal for me....with a side of heartattack. Thanks Susie's

The food is great! I have been going here since I was a kid... but I am EXTREMELY SHOCKED AND DISAPPOINTED at the night manager (we will refer to her as "l") that has such a ppor attitude.
This "woman" not only has no respect for her employees but when you get to the drive thru window, "L" greets you with a mean ass face. She expects you to pull your car closer to the window or she won't consider you as a drive thru customer and proceed to give you a hard time.
Susie's has been a great place but this type of management just ruins the nostalgia of the place.

WOW! There is nothing better than susie's in the middle of the night. It is so good and hits the spot perfectly! You must try it!
