We had an absolute blast there Saturday, January 6th. I had a Birthday party there for myself, and my friends & I loved everything, the atmosphere, staff, food/drinks...just a great time! Kudos Spot staff. Loved it, we'll be back again, and again!

Very disapointed. Our party was accosted by 4 seperate people upon entry, and we had no idea who was actually the host until he was halfway in the dining room without us. Waiter was friendly, but also tried to have us fill out surveys and a mailing list while we were waiting for our food. Not a good move. The food was average at best. Rare steak came plopped in a pool of juice which was almost slopped all over the table as it was put down. Atmosphere is the only thing going for this place, and even that isn't all that great.

Last Wed evening, took the train from the financial district with six other buddies to Frankie J's....The Spot! Great place. Frankie was fantastic, as was his wait staff. Great food and service. Place was unique and full of atmosphere. Well worth the train ride. Wish we could have stayed for the later entertainment. If you like soup...they have a potato soup that is to die for! Check it out...you'll be glad you did!

Awesome food, they cut each steak to order. The three times I've been there, I've gotten truly excellent service from both the bar and restaurant staffs. They have special events almost every evening. Really cool VIP room above the green bar.

Pretty amazing space. The Salmon is very good and can't wait to have a martini and a manicure every Monday. You go girl.
