Bloodshot Records Presents The Bottle Rockets and Robbie Fulks. A once-frequent Uncle Tupelo tourmate, Missouri's Bottle Rocket's redneck brand of alternative country rock has long captured the attention of Chicago audiences, including Wilco's Jeff Tweedy. One of the more important members of the Chicago neo-traditional country scene, Robbie Fulks' tongue-in-cheek recordings (engineered by Steve Albini of Shellac fame) question the foibles of society as much as they do the traditional country-music establishment. His shows never fail to entertain, even if you're not a huge country fan. The cover includes party favors and a champagne toast at midnight. $25/Advance, $30/Door.
