Soft, thick, delicious, pillow-y crepes make most things on the menu a good bet here. Sweet tooths will be satisfied with the caramel-apple variety, including sliced apples, caramel sauce and whipped cream dusted with cinnamon. Or you can go even more decadent with the Snickers Wanna Be, stuffed with warm Nutella, peanut butter, chopped dark chocolate, peanuts and caramel sauce; or the banana split, featuring vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream-filled crepes topped with chocolate and caramel sauces, strawberries and banana slices. Indulgence doesn't come cheap, however; a crepe and a cup of Intelligentsia coffee could easily run you $10 or more.

Also on the menu are a handful of "meal" crepes, served with a side salad; fillings include chicken salad, tuna salad, BLT and grilled chicken with hummus and lettuce. Grilled panini-style sandwiches are served as well, from a Cuban ham-and-cheese sandwich to a chicken sandwich with roasted bell peppers and basil pesto.

Service is prompt, and glass-topped tables carry a variety of magazines in their drawers. If you're still bored, you can easily eavesdrop on your neighbor; tables are so close in the brightly lit, stylish space, you won't be able to help it. On our visit, we overheard a college student recalling the time someone left a whole trout, head and all, in the window of another student's dorm room for two weeks. Apparently, the person who endured the fish-stink responded by dousing the offender with Kool-Aid in the shower. Oh, yeah!
