The Windy City Collection features chocolates based on different Chicago neighborhoods- the Gold Coast is dark chocolate blended with champagne and dusted with edible gold; the Pilsen combines a spicy dark chocolate ganache with a caramelized almond praline. The Whimsy Collection features hand-rolled based on childhood favorites and classic American desserts such as S'mores, Mint Chocolate Chip, and Bananas Foster.
