The Greektown food fest that is Santorini focuses on Poseidon's off-shore provisions, and the catches are spectacular.
Red snapper, filleted at the table is delicious, as is the grouper, for those who want a relatively light fish. My recommendation is to go as light as possible, actually, in order to accommodate what I predict will be your desire to get up from the table after dinner. Santorini serves large portions fired over a charcoal grill that will not leave you hungry in the least. Unfortunately, despite this warning I also feel compelled to recommend the spicy feta appetizer, which is exactly the addicting before-dinner stuff that fills you up. If octopus is your thing, get it here-these guys know how to do it.
The atmosphere is bustling, and by the time you've finished the shrimp cocktail and calamari and spicy feta apps, you may notice that the table is overflowing with plates heaped upon one another before they've even brought out the entrees. It's amazing how these guys find space on a crowded table. A great place for dinner with a few fun friends or a larger group.
