Academy Award nominee Peter Weller hosts a celebration of the 50th anniversary of the groundbreaking novel The Naked Lunch by legendary Beat author and American icon William S. Burroughs. Featuring William S. Burroughs’ paintings and drawings on paper and never-before-seen footage of his turbulent life in a trailer from the feature-length documentary: "William S. Burroughs: A Man Within by Yony Leyser," the event is catered by Chef Daniel Mejia. Enjoy live music by Maya Jensen as well as speeches and/or readings by Peter Weller, Penny Arcade, Anne Waldman, John Giorno, and more.
