Founded in 2001 by Julane Sullivan, the playhouse occupies the former home of Sullivan's theatrical costume company All Dressed Up Costumes. The theater seats 100 people and offers couches and oversized chairs to provide a living room feeling. The theater hosts a variety of plays as well as educational programs.
