| A Goodman Theatre Artistic Associate, Henry Godinez has directed A Christmas Carol, Red Cross, and part of Transformations there. Previously, he was the co-founder and artistic director of Teatro Vista, where he directed Cloud Tectonics (a co-production with the Goodman Theatre at its studio), El Paso Blue (a co-production with Next Theatre), Journey of Sparrows (a co-production with Lifeline Theatre), Santos & Santos, The Crossing, and Broken Eggs. Born in Havana, Cuba, Godinez grew up in Dallas Texas. He is an artist-in-residence at Columbia College, and is a member of the board of directors for Season of Concern, the Chicago theater community fundraising effort in the fight against AIDS.
