| My name is Rob Ruiz and I am a self taught screenwriter and actor. I say self taught because I never attended a formal setting to learn the craft. I have been fortunate enough to have worked in several movies and a television show. Currently, I am in the process of casting a feature film that I wrote while frustrated at the slow pace of Chicago's film scene. I recently started a production company named AMBASSADOR ENTERTAINMENT INC. We will be working with actors, musicians, singers, models and athletes. I grew up on the northwest side of Chicago. Way before there were condos and dog parks, there were gangs and murder in my neighborhood. I still live in the same area. I've been a jack of all trades. My experience ranges from office work to construction. Law enforcement to entertainment.
